Super in real life: Comic news roundup 8 August 2010

News in the comics world moved fast after Comic-Con, so let's get right to it:

Mark Millar explains Kick-Ass 2: Speaking of Kick-Ass, creator Mark Millar talks a bit here about what he has planned for the sequel.  (Spinoff / CBR)

Superman saves home from foreclosure: Not literally true, but close enough: A family about to lose their home is cleaning up their storage, and discover a forgotten copy of Action Comics #1. The unsung heroes here are the folk from Metropolis Comics, who managed to convince the most likely clueless bank officials of the value of the find, which lead to the bank allowing the family to keep their home. If only all foreclosure stories ended on such a happy note. (ICv2)
