E-mailOpening the evening was Catherine Cavilte, hailed as one of the “12 Young Designers to Watch Out For” by Preview magazine in September 2007. Her 2010 collection was jumpstarted by models decked in lush predominantly black dresses accented by metallic gold and nude hues. Lace and tulle were used for added sensuality, as well as oversized rosettes, structured hips and shoulders to contrast sexiness with elegance.
