(UPDATED) The Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) said Typhoon Jose (international name ‘Halong’) is expected to bring monsoon rains until Thursday as the typhoon heads for Japan, according to a GMA News report..
